About CVtly
CVtly is a job search service for people looking for work in Europe, including jobs you can do in English. Every hour it reads company career sites and public job portals, adds new jobs and marks closed ones. For each job it shows where the ad comes from, which languages it asks for and whether it looks still open. Once you add your CV, it estimates your chance of an interview out of 100 and tailors your CV for the job. Every line of a tailored CV comes from your own experience, and a fact check marks any line that says more than your CV does. CVtly never applies for you.

How we collect the jobs

Every hour we check company career sites and the hiring software behind them, such as Greenhouse, Lever, Personio or Workday. We also read public job portals and a few job boards. New ads are added and ads that come down are marked closed. Each job keeps the link to the original ad, so you can check it yourself.

How the interview chance works
- The interview chance is our estimate of your chance of getting an interview, out of 100. It's not a promise. We score ten things about you and the job: skills, proof of what you did, job title, level, location, language, right to work, how fresh the ad is, competition and salary. Each one comes with a short reason. A hard limit, such as a required language you don't list, lowers the score, and we say which one.
How the fact check works
- When CVtly tailors your CV, it checks every line against your experience. A line matches, goes beyond (it claims more than your experience shows, and we name the difference) or has no match. How the listing check works
- Each ad gets a listing check: Looks real, Check before applying or Probably not open. It looks at the age of the ad, reposts of the same role, whether the ad is on the company's own site and wording such as “talent pool”.

Each ad counts once, in the country stored for it, the same rule as our data report. 31 more ads are stored under another country but list a place in these countries. They count in the total only.
