“Map your local market and identify the agents worth approaching. Source and qualify agents against Zefir's standards. Assign signed mandates to the most relevant qualified agents. Onboard and train new agents until they are autonomous on their first seller appointment. Hand trained agents over to the Account Management team, and follow through on the handover.”
