As an AI Platform Product Manager you'll play a critical role in driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Nasdaq AI Platform, an enterprise AI and agent platform that enables teams to build, deploy, and interact with AI capabilities, agents, and workflows.

In this role, you will own key product areas, translating customer and stakeholder needs into well-defined features that ship to production. You will guide assigned product areas through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements capturing to launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring the platform delivers measurable value to its users.

You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, customer-focused, and passionate about leveraging AI technologies to tackle real business problems. You bring strong product management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge technical complexity and business value in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You are equally comfortable partnering with engineering and design teams as you are communicating product vision, roadmap progress, and outcomes to leadership and end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and define the product roadmap for assigned areas of the Nasdaq AI Platform, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and platform strategy while clearly communicating vision and roadmap direction to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Gather, triage, and prioritize feature requests from stakeholders, translating business and user needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and product decisions that support successful delivery.
  • Own specific platform features and capabilities end-to-end, ensuring they progress through the full lifecycle from discovery, requirements definition, design, development, testing, launch, feature rollout, production support, and ongoing iteration.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, leadership, and end users throughout development sprints to clarify scope, remove ambiguity, make timely product decisions, align on goals, communicate progress, manage expectations, and coordinate successful product launches.
  • Define and monitor success metrics for products and features, leverage data and user feedback to evaluate performance and inform future enhancements, collaborate with users to validate solutions, and maintain a strong understanding of the generative AI landscape, including LLMs, AI agents, and related technologies, to ensure platform capabilities address real-world challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience with a demonstrated mid-level track record in product management, including experience owning features throughout the full product lifecycle and managing product roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated experience working with generative AI products, including areas such as large language models (LLMs), AI agents, or data-driven AI applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, leadership, and user communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and communicate complex product decisions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with agile development practices and product management tools.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams and participate effectively in discussions regarding product implementation and technical trade-offs.
  • Knowledge of emerging generative AI technologies, trends, and best practices within enterprise AI platforms and agent-based solutions.

This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
