What you’ll do @Omnisend:
- Oversee payroll processes.
- Manage AP and payment processes, including all outgoing payments.
- Support the month-end close process.
- Prepare various financial analyses to support finance needs.
- Monitor expenses and ensure accurate allocation across cost centers.
- Coordinate sales tax and other finance compliance processes together with external service providers.
- Support annual and interim audits, prepare requested documentation and reconciliations.
- Perform automation and AI initiatives within Finance.
- Support other finance projects, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance leadership.
We expect that you'll bring:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, controlling, or a similar role;
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes;
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership;
- The ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets;
- A process improvement mindset and an interest in automation and AI-driven solutions;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners;
- Fluency in English.
