Deine Aufgaben
- Gestalte unvergessliche erste Eindrücke als Gastgeber unserer Location
- Antizipiere Bedürfnisse und schaffe WOW-Momente für Besucher und Mitarbeitende
- Manage Gästezugang, Telefonzentrale und alle Front-of-House-Aktivitäten
- Koordiniere Events und besondere Initiativen
- Steuere Dienstleister und überwache Servicequalität vor Ort
- Optimiere Beschaffungsprozesse für Office-Services und Materialien
- Verwalte das Ticketsystem und sorge für schnelle Lösungen
- Führe Standortinspektionen und Audits durch
Deine Qualifikationen
- 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Hotellerie, Einzelhandel, Hospitality, Facility Management oder Property Management
- Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Affinität für digitale Tools
- Teamplayer-Mentalität mit lösungsorientiertem Mindset
- Multitasking-Talent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
